PART FINISHING
There are several possibilities for finishing parts:
- Different types of part cleaning depending on end use,
- Surface treatments
- Heat treatments
- Engraving for identification or traceability purposes
Parts cleaning: To provide you with impeccable parts, we have a washing machine with detergent. For more advanced cleaning needs, we have a DURR machine that achieves a level known as "oxygen degreasing".
Surface treatments: Surface treatments can improve the corrosion resistance of parts and facilitate their maintenance, particularly in sensitive environments such as the medical sector. We offer a range of surface treatments, including nickel plating, black zinc plating, white zinc plating and dichromate zinc plating.
Heat treatments: Heat treatments modify the physical, mechanical and chemical properties of materials. We use these treatments to reinforce the strength of some of our parts, and to eliminate internal stresses resulting from machining, thus reducing the risk of seasonal cracking.
Engraving: We offer the option of marking parts with logos, dates, part numbers and manufacturing order numbers, using either a micropercussion marking system or laser engraving technology.
